This is the only contact address for the site. We do not publish a phone number or a postal address, because Pelletgrill & Smoker is a publishing operation rather than a storefront — there is no shop to visit and no order line to call.

We cannot help with

Warranty claims or repairs. We do not sell grills. Contact the manufacturer — their warranty terms are summarized in our warranty comparison.
Amazon orders. If you bought through a link here, the order is between you and Amazon. Their customer service can help; we cannot see your order.
Sponsored posts or paid links. We do not sell placements, so there is nothing to discuss.
